What is Employee Engagement?

According to Engage for Success:

Employee engagement is a workplace approach resulting in the right conditions for all members of an organization to give of their best each day, committed to their organization’s goals and values, motivated to contribute to organizational success, with an enhanced sense of their own well-being.

Employee engagement is based on trust, integrity, two-way commitment and communication between an organization and its members. It is an approach that increases the chances of business success, contributing to organizational and individual performance, productivity and well-being. It can be measured. It varies from poor to great. It can be nurtured and dramatically increased; it can be lost and thrown away.


What we have found is by engaging with employees from C-level on down, organizations have happier employees and productive environments.  Employees who lack the feeling of connection and empowerment are detrimental to the organizations success as well as that individual.  It is not sustainable for an organization to operate with unhappy employees who are not performing to their full potential.  Often times, this situation can occur because of a lack of communication throughout the business.  Enable will create and execute employee engagement programs to eliminate these challenges.

Our process

Enable seeks to learn as much as possible about the business goals and challenges.  To do this, we provide an initial assessment and plan outlining the actions we will take.  In the beginning stages of our time working with your team we will speak individually or in a group setting with your executive leadership, key stakeholders, and team members to understand the challenges and roadblocks the team is facing. We like to understand the perspectives of each player on the team to ensure all-encompassing success at the end of our time with you.  The amount of time spent with your team is completely up to you, we are happy to accommodate busy schedules.
